Our virtual utility failure exercise has been updated to help you meet your CMS 'required' exercise. This risk-based scenario evaluates your staff and community's real-time response. Engage your staff with operations-based tasks and discussions all while meeting your requirements with an exercise that is facilitated by our team of experts. Each participating agency will receive a copy of the exercise documents, a certificate of participation, and a comprehensive After-Action Report / Improvement Plan that can be used to demonstrate compliance.
