Overview/What to Expect: Join the Region 3 Healthcare Coalition Alliance and partners from across the region for an interactive, scenario-based exercise exploring how disruptions to the supply chain impact operations and patient care.

Participating agencies and organizations will engage in interactive scenarios to test plans and identify improvement opportunities. This exercise will provide an opportunity to gain insight into shared best practices and strengthen partnerships through thoughtful discussion.

Each participating agency will receive a copy of the workshop documents, a comprehensive After-Action Report, and a certificate of participation.

Once registered, you will be sent a confirmation email containing: 

• Information on how to access the event documents through the online web portal. 
• Information on how to access the workshop/exercise through Zoom. 

What You'll Get:

• Up to four (4) hours of a virtual workshop and tabletop exercise facilitated by an HSEEP-certified exercise specialist.
• Opportunity to share and evaluate your organization's preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation for emergencies. 
• Opportunity to connect with regional partners and strengthen relationships. 
• Certificate of participation
